Integris was founded in 2022 by Reid Drummond and Bill Leitch. Reid and Bill’s passion for project delivery, strong industry relationships and a desire to work with like minded professionals, led them to start Integris. A fun but focused environment set in a small company with big experience.
In 2024, Integris added two additional owners in Johnathan Tillie and Kyle Drummond. Together, the owners have over 60 years of experience in project management, with extensive expertise in large, medium and small infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors.
Integris exists to deliver complex infrastructure projects with the experience, judgment and care they demand.
We believe the best outcomes come from the right people: senior project managers who stay in the work, Indigenous relations practitioners who build trust from day one and teams structured for clarity rather than scale. Every engagement reflects decades of experience, a fluency in how BC’s infrastructure gets built and a genuine commitment to the communities these projects serve.

Integris Consulting Ltd has offices in both Kamloops and Kelowna.
