Working on behalf of the Dawson Group, our project management team acted as the owner’s representative and project manager, responsible for creating the concept, overseeing design and managing the project from construction to completion for a new 30,000 sq/ft truck centre in Kelowna, BC. The facility has an ultramodern shop and service area, a large parts warehouse designed to improve workflow efficiency.
Integris services included leading the procurement of a design team and construction contractor, extensive engagement with city officials, as well as internal staff and competitors to fully understand and implement operational efficiencies and industry standards. This project was delivered on an accelerated timeline, due to an expiring lease at the old facility, requiring the project manager to diligently manage project risks, to ensure the project remained on schedule and within budget.
“I had the pleasure of working with Integris Consulting on our new Dawson Truck Centre project in Kelowna, British Columbia. The Project Manager, Kyle Drummond, consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, helping Dawson’s vision become a reality by overseeing the project from concept to completion and meeting our critical store opening deadline.
Kyle's expertise in managing risk and problem-solving was invaluable, ensuring issues were quickly addressed and resolved. Kyle effectively communicated with the project team and Dawson employees, keeping critical project items on track, and ensuring their success. I highly recommend Integris as an Owners Representative / Project Manager on your upcoming project”.
