Abdullah is a Co-op Project Coordinator at Integris with almost 3 years of experience delivering projects in Recreation and Student Services. He enjoys working closely with people and applying public policy theories to real-world contexts. Abdullah has excelled in relationship-focused project delivery. His passion for cross-cultural communication has allowed him to successfully run 10 Intramural Seasons and deliver Orientation for 1000+ international and domestic UBC students. In such projects, Abdullah’s intercultural fluency, servant leadership style, and passion for understanding other people, have distinguished him as a reliable leader. His prominent academic research into labour politics, cost-benefit analysis, and public project economics informs how he acts in the field. As such, he thrives at the intersection of theory and application, bringing a multidisciplinary lens to public projects. Abdullah resides in Kelowna, where he is currently pursuing a B.A in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (honors) at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan.
