Caitlin is the Business Manager at Integris Consulting, where she oversees business operations and leads a range of internal initiatives. With a broad background in administration and business management, she brings a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships. Her analytical mindset and practical approach to problem-solving have been shaped by a diverse career spanning healthcare, post-secondary education, and consulting. This varied experience allows Caitlin to bring a well-rounded perspective to her role and contribute to the continued growth and success of Integris. Prior to joining Integris, Caitlin operated her own executive administration business, supporting several local businesses with their operations and growth. Caitlin is based in Kelowna and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan College.
