Charles Daley

Assistant Project Manager & Indigenous Relations Advisor, Kamloops BC

Charles is an Indigenous Relations Advisor with Integris. He has 11 years of experience in Indigenous Relations, both for BC’s Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, as well as for numerous clients in the mining and mineral exploration and tourism sectors. Using his strong interpersonal skills, he has a proven track record of building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with rightsholders, stakeholders and governments across British Columbia.

Through his work in Indigenous relations across British Columbia, he has successfully built mutually beneficial relationships, negotiated and implemented capacity funding and mineral exploration agreements, facilitated education and training initiatives, organized archaeological and environmental monitoring and managed Indigenous hiring and procurement strategies. 

Charles completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Humboldt State University in 2004 and received the Award of Achievement in Sustainability Management from the University of British Columbia - Continuing Studies in 2011.
